A new report says nearly 60 percent of U.S. viewers simultaneously watch TV and use the Internet at least once per month.  The report, from Nielson, also says mobile video has risen by 57 percent over the past year to 17.6 million from 11.2 million people, with much of the increase attributed to the growth of smartphones.
