FLO TV, the subscription mobile TV service created by Qualcomm to charge mobile consumers for content they largely get for free at home, has announced that they will soon cease operations.

FLO TV, the subscription mobile TV service created by Qualcomm to charge mobile consumers for content they largely get for free at home, has announced that they will soon cease operations. The company will maintain ownership of a huge swath of prime 700-Mhz spectrum, however, and the future of that spectrum remains up in the air.
